"Hotmail.com","Live.com" and "Outlook.com" email account set up in PaC@Gov
We received feedback that several users with "Hotmail.com","Live.com" and "Outlook.com" email accounts are unable to receive email notifications from PaC@Gov. We are looking into this matter and will provide an update once the matter is resolved.
If you have set up those email address in PaC@Gov, we would suggest you use an alternate email account (non-MS email or work email) until the matter is resolved. All notifications which were sent to your email, which you may not have received, can still be retrieved at the home page after login to PaC@Gov intranet or internet.
If you require to set up your email address to receive PaC@Gov intranet password to access PaC@Gov intranet, we would suggest you set up an alternate email account (non-MS email or work email) through PaC@Gov internet which uses SingPass for login.
